Skills 4, a leading training provider, reported a significant increase of approximately 60% in inquiries over the past few weeks, reflecting a heightened interest in diversity and inclusion. Pearn Kandola, a specialist in diversity and inclusion, also noted a fresh wave of interest.
Jayne Little, CEO of Skills 4, highlighted the genuine nature of these inquiries, although she cautioned that some companies are in the early stages of their diversity journey and may mistakenly view diversity training as a quick fix for creating more inclusive workplaces.
