Ashley is a Business Psychologist with a BSc in Psychology from Newcastle University, an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from Northumbria University, and a PhD from The University of Manchester, which focused on the impact of stereotypes on career experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals.
Ashley is passionate about promoting LGBTQ+ awareness and inclusion within organisations. Ashley works closely with organisations to support them in developing strategy regarding LGBTQ+ inclusion, and designs and delivers training initiatives to help raise awareness of this topic and the role of allies.
Though Ashley’s expertise lies within LGBTQ+ diversity and inclusion, she is passionate about promoting intersectional D&I initiatives within organisations. Ashley therefore works broadly across diversity and inclusion initiatives, including conducting inclusion reviews, delivering unconscious bias and inclusion training across the employee lifecycle, and coaching on our development and assessment programmes.
