Juliet brings insight and perspective into individual, team and organisational performance having gained over 20 years’ experience in HR leadership roles and consulting across public and private sectors.
Most recently Juliet was the Head of Talent and Inclusion for a FTSE 100 organisation, where she enabled a shift towards a culture of inclusion, through an integral approach covering mindset, behaviour, culture and systems.
Juliet is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with an MSc in Occupational Psychology, BSc in Psychology, BPS qualifications in psychometric testing, and continues to invest in professional development as a member of the BPS Special Group in Coaching Psychology and a Neuroscience of Change learning group.
She specialises in leadership development, inclusion, coaching, and assessment, and has worked with a range of clients including Marks and Spencer, Herbert Smith Freehills, PWC and Camden Borough Council.
Juliet has published research into Trustworthy Collaboration (NHS), Cultivating Trustworthy Leaders, HRM & Innovation (CIPD), and is now cultivating her interest in developing purposeful leaders and organisations with the capacity to thrive in uncertainty and complexity.
