Stephan has a broad role in Pearn Kandola, working in the areas of assessment, development, and diversity. Clients he works with include Herbert Smith Freehills, Linklaters, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, Roche, Pfizer and arm. He has project managed the design and implementation of selection solutions for the NHS Leadership Academy and the Department for Work and Pensions, as well as the design and implementation of development events and specific skills development modules at a range of management levels for organisations including PwC, Herbert Smith Freehills and Linklaters.
Stephan Lucks talking about what it takes to be a senior partner in a law firm:
Currently, much of Stephan’s work is in the area of inclusive leadership and unconscious bias, where he is designing and delivering training to managers and senior leaders in both public and private sector. His assessment work has been recognised by the BPS by winning the Assessment Practitioner of the Year award in 2008 as well has having his assessment work recognised by the Association of Graduate Recruiters.
Stephan has wide ranging experience in management development, facilitation and coaching which he frequently uses in personal development processes both nationally and internationally. A regular contributor to the HR press and an experienced conference speaker, Stephan has also co-authored the book You’re Hired! Interview Answers: Impressive answers to tough questions.
