Diane is a consultant with over 17 years’ experience in senior Human Resources roles within FTSE100 organisations. A graduate of University of Strathclyde, she holds a joint honours degree in Psychology & Industrial Relations and is CIPD qualified. A specialist in the field of Diversity and Inclusion, she has worked with organisations to develop inclusion strategies, gender bias strategies, raise unconscious bias awareness and increase employee engagement. Diane is passionate about developing practical solutions that turn theory into action.
For the past ten years prior to becoming a consultant, Diane was employed by the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in Edinburgh where she held various positions in the Human Resources team including Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager, Senior Organisational Effectiveness Consultant and HR Business Partner. Whilst at RBS, she led the development of the organisation’s gender balance agenda which included the design of learning and development interventions, industry benchmarking and raising awareness amongst senior stakeholders. She programme managed a communications campaign of activities and events aimed at increasing engagement about Inclusion across the organisation. Prior to RBS, Diane worked for the Ford Motor Company in England and the U.S. across a variety of HR roles.
