Lizzie joined Pearn Kandola in 2015. She has a degree in Psychology from Cardiff University and a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology from the Institute of Work Psychology at the University of Sheffield, where she conducted research into the long term impact of inclusive leadership training for organisations, leaders and staff. Lizzie is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), including the Division of Occupational. She holds both Level A and Level B Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing and is currently working towards achieving Chartered status as an occupational psychologist.
Before joining Pearn Kandola in 2015, Lizzie gained extensive consultancy experience managing cultural and transformational change, delivering leadership and organisational development programmes, as well as conducting extensive selection, assessment and organisational design projects. Her work spans a wide range of industries across the UK and Middle East, including healthcare, finance, aviation, transport, and professional services. Clients include Heathrow Airport Holdings, Dubai International Airport, National Grid, Deutsche Bank, Transport for London, HSBC, and the NHS.
Lizzie’s particular passion is in diversity, helping organisations harness the value of their diverse talent to increase productivity, wellbeing and underlying business performance. She has sat on a number of diversity committees and presented at the Division of Occupational Psychology conference on the topic.
