Ryan is a Research Psychologist within Pearn Kandola, focusing on the areas of unconscious bias and inclusive leadership. He has a degree in Psychology, Counselling & Therapies and a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology. His Masters research explored the experiences of African and Caribbean professionals in the workplace; specifically investigating perceptions of ethnic discrimination, career progression and self-efficacy.
Ryan is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is working towards gaining Chartered status as an Occupational Psychologist. In addition to his role as a researcher, Ryan has a strong interest in the practice of psychological coaching and endeavours to further develop his skill set in this area – ambitious to bring about positive change for individuals and organisations alike.
