Stewart began working with Pearn Kandola as a consultant specialising in assessment, development and leadership in 2005. Prior to this, he was Director of Learning at Deloitte UK, leading a large team responsible for designing and delivering assessment and development programmes at all levels within the firm. Stewart also played a significant role in developing the firm’s global learning programmes and has substantial international experience.
During his consultancy career, Stewart has worked at the most senior level in private and public sector organisations. He has a particular interest in leadership, and in the development of the potential of talented people. He advises Deloitte in Sweden and in the Middle East about their talent strategies, and has designed and/or delivered bespoke leadership and team development programmes for a variety of clients including Wyeth, Microsoft, PwC, HBOS, CallConnection, Waterford Institute, and ISEGI.
