Aran joined Pearn Kandola as a Project Manager in 2021. He graduated with a First-Class degree in Psychology in 2016 and was awarded the Birmingham City University School of Social Sciences annual prize in Psychology for his work as an undergraduate. Aran also has an MSc in Work Psychology and Business from Aston University, where he conducted research looking at the effects of an absence culture and organisational commitment on absenteeism during the live broadcast of major sporting events.
Additionally, Aran holds the Test User Qualifications in Occupational Ability and Personality (BPS Accredited), PRINCE 2 certifications in Project Management, as well as British Computer Society (BCS) certifications in Business Analysis.
Prior to joining Pearn Kandola, Aran worked as a business analyst/junior project manager for HMRC on the Securing Our Technical Future (SoTF) programme, which is an on-going programme that is involved in the migration of all HMRC’s online services from their current physical data centres to cloud providers.
