A seasoned HR consultant and General Manager, Ian has consulted across APAC over the last 20+ years. He has lived and worked in 4 countries and run HR Consulting businesses in 3 of these. While in Asia he held senior roles in Hewitt Associates as the SEA Head of Talent, Leadership and Engagement, as well the Country Manager for Thailand. Following this he was the Country Head of DDI Singapore and after migrating to Australia took leading roles in startup organisations as well as Right Management. Prior to running his own leadership consultancy based in Sydney, Ian was the Consulting Director for PBC – the largest reseller of the Hogan Assessment suite outside of the US.

Having worked both within organisations as well as with clients that range from global MNCs to local NFPs, Ian has supported organisations across the full spectrum of HR services. Pragmatic, customer centric and commercially minded, Ian’s passion is in the area of talent management, primarily in the assessment and development of talent.

Ian has a Masters in Psychology; Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration; and is certified in almost all reputable psychometric tools.
