Kirsten is an experienced diversity consultant. She has an MSc in Human Resource Management and Organisational Analysis from Kings College London, a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Communication, and a BSc in Mathematics, both from Queensland University of Technology in Australia. Kirsten is the author of “Predictive Analytics: Mastering the HR Metric”, released by Kogan Page in March 2016 and has over 16 years’ consulting and HR experience across four continents in the financial, technology, professional services and public sectors. Kirsten has worked with many organizations including IBM, Capgemini, RBS before Pearn Kandola and is a visiting lecturer at King’s College London, teaching Diversity and Inclusive Leadership at both Masters and Undergraduate level.
Kirsten has been a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) since 2007 and during her time with RBS (specifically Coutts), she designed and delivered diversity and inclusion and employee engagement programmes, working with executive stakeholders as part of a global organisation culture change to over 5000 employees in 9 countries and jurisdictions. Kirsten also led the design of the 2014-15 UK diversity and inclusion strategy for Coutts in collaboration with the executive committee and employee-led networks. During her time with Coutts, Kirsten sat on the Global Diversity Steering Group for 3 years, and held a 12 month post on the Coutts Women’s Network Committee.
