Polly Howard-De La Mare
BSc (Hons), MSc, CPsychol
Polly joined Pearn Kandola in 2007 and works in the areas of assessment, development and diversity. She has a degree in Psychology from Oxford Brookes University and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from London Metropolitan University, where she completed research into the relationship between employees’ satisfaction with their working benefits and perceptions of work-life balance, job satisfaction and affective commitment. Polly is a Business Psychologist and a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society. She holds Level A and B certification in Psychological Testing.
At Pearn Kandola Polly has led on projects including diversity audits for global organisations, the design of assessment and development centre exercises, the design and delivery of diversity, assessor skills and promotion skills training, and reviews of selection processes to enhance fairness and validity.
Prior to joining Pearn Kandola, Polly worked as a consultant specialising in the design, implementation and evaluation of 360° feedback for a range of blue-chip companies. She has managed employee well-being projects, including the design of and follow-up actions for employee engagement surveys. She has also worked as a recruitment consultant specialising in sales roles for FMCG companies.
