Sina Sujatha Schwache, is a multi-lingual Business Development Manager with Pearn Kandola. Sina holds a degree in Psychology from Radboud University Nijmegen (Netherlands) and a Master degree in Cross-Cultural Psychology from Brunel University London. Sina is passionate about unlocking people’s potential and enabling companies to leverage best practices in D&I to create fairer workplaces.
Before joining Pearn Kandola in 2019, Sina worked as Talent Advisor at SHL and Gartner’s Talent Management Divisions and across a diverse portfolio of international clients such as Rothschild, Commerzbank, TAG, Continental AG, Stanton Chase, ERIKS and Westpharma. Prior to that Sina worked as Global Account Manager for Euromonitor International for the likes of Nomura, WPP, and EY and helped her clients to utilise business intelligence for their competitive advantage.
Through her background in both Sales and Psychology and being fluent in German, Dutch and English with having lived in Germany, the Netherlands, Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom, Sina is a living example of embracing diversity with a curious mindset.
In her free time, Sina runs workshops in Creative Learning and Positive Psychology for BAME communities with her social enterprise HERO+ and in conjunction with world leading psychologist Dr Zimbardo (emeritus Stanford University), the Feminist Library London and Tate Modern, and Arts Council England.
