Civil Service Seminar: Becoming the most inclusive employer by 2020: Are we there yet?

One Great George Street, Great George Street, London, UK
March 17, 2020 9:00 am

The D&I strategy for the Civil Service set a very clear and ambitious objective of becoming the most inclusive employer by 2020. With just under a year remaining to demonstrate progress against this objective, this session will include the latest data and insights into inclusion in the Civil Service – what’s working well, and where the focus needs to be for the last year of the strategy.

The seminar will be facilitated by Dr Nic Hammarling, who has been working with departments, executive leadership teams, and employees across the Civil Service on all things diversity and inclusion.

During the seminar, Nic will share unique data collected from thousands of employees across the Civil Service regarding how inclusive their leaders are – where are we getting inclusion right in the Civil Service? What are the biggest improvements still to be made? And critically, how can we do this – in less than a year?
