PK:DIGITAL Shortlisted for Learning Technologies Award!

Pearn Kandola
  • October 9, 2023

Pearn Kandola is delighted to announce that our digital DEI solution, PK:DIGITAL, has been short-listed for a Learning Technologies Award!

The Learning Technologies Awards are the most independent and sought-after awards in the industry. They recognise the commitment, enthusiasm and passion for learning technologies across the world.

Pearn Kandola are thrilled that PK:DIGITAL is a finalist in the category Excellence in the Design of Learning Content – commercial sector (UK) – a testament to the trailblazing work delivered by our psychologists and dedicated digital team.

Dr Jo Kandola, Partner and Head of Digital Solutions at Pearn Kandola, commented:

“We were over the moon to learn that we had been choosen as one of the finalists in this year’s awards. We’re so very proud to be recognised for our on-line inclusion programmes and the change they are making within our clients in creating more inclusive behaviours.”

PK:DIGITAL is Pearn Kandola’s unique digital solution, developed by our team of experienced psychologists and channelling our (almost) 40 years of expertise in the DEI space.

Trusted by organisations such as Spotify, Pfizer and Clyde & Co., PK:DIGITAL is changing how organisations can access and scale up their diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives worldwide.

Unlike e-learning, PK:DIGITAL is designed and proven to be a catalyst for measurable behaviour change, with 89% of learners who have completed the programme shown to become more inclusive.

We have our fingers firmly crossed for when the winner is announced at the Learning Technologies Awards ceremony on November 15th!
