A Chartered Occupational Psychologist and assessment and development consultant, Andrew is committed to interventions that enable organisational improvement and success. With a career in corporate lending with a major bank before moving into business psychology, he possesses excellent commercial awareness with a clear practical understanding of the issues faced by organisations. Andrew has extensive international experience working in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
During his consultancy career, Andrew has worked with a wide range of clients including Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, Vodafone, KPMG, BP, The Environment Agency and the Department For Work and Pensions. He has managed a wide variety of projects including the design and delivery of assessment and development centres, one to one profiling of senior executives, the facilitation of leadership development events, and the provision of coaching, particularly aimed at supporting senior managers during challenging times.
