About Bailey Bell

Bailey is a Business Psychologist with a degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Work Psychology and Business. He is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), holding both Level A and Level B certification in Occupational Testing.

Since joining Pearn Kandola in 2018, Bailey has conducted research around instilling fair and accurate processes and social mobility which he has applied to his work.

In his consultancy work, Bailey has specialist experience working with organisations at various stages of the employee lifecycle. He directs and manages projects with leaders, teams, and individuals to improve diversity and inclusion and to support personal development in organisations.

Examples of areas where Bailey applies his expertise include: inclusion reviews and process audits, unconscious bias programmes, inclusive leadership programmes, and talent management programmes.

His work spans a wide range of industries globally, including Finance, Transport, Healthcare, Technology and Professional Services.

Bailey is committed to working in partnership with organisations to achieve positive results and sustainable behaviour change.
