Becky is a Psychologist at Pearn Kandola. Becky holds a first-class honours degree in Psychology BSc from The Open University and a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of Manchester, where she graduated with a Distinction. During her undergraduate degree, Becky’s dissertation investigated the relationship between psychological capital and work engagement. Her Masters dissertation explored the relationships between multidimensional perfectionism, after-work recovery experiences and burnout.
Prior to joining Pearn Kandola, Becky has worked in HR, business support and team management roles where she has gained experience within recruitment, new hire onboarding and the design and delivery of internal training initiatives. Becky has a keen interest in wellbeing at work and has experience in conducting stress-risk assessments, developing self-help materials to improve mental and physical wellbeing, and facilitating group sessions within a mental health charity for individuals recovering from anxiety and depression.
