About Inga Pioro

With over 12 year’s experience, Inga is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an HR Advisor, and moved into consulting as she enjoyed the challenge of partnering with a range of organisations in formulating and implementing their HR strategy.
Inga has led the design of entire recruitment, leadership development, and talent management programmes, including the design of bespoke simulations and situational judgement tests. She specialises in senior-level assessment for selection and development, having worked with senior leadership teams in Shell, Post Office and Virgin. She has experience in working across different cultures, including Asia, the Middle East, US and Europe, and has worked with clients such as BP, British Army, WS Atkins, Royal Mail, Centrica, UBS, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Abu Dhabi Police, Coca Cola, Ericsson and Microsoft.
Inga took her first degree in Economics and Psychology, and she holds two Masters Degrees — in HR Consulting and Occupational Psychology. She is currently undertaking a professional Doctorate degree to develop a tool to help identify high potential individuals. Inga has written a number of research articles and has presented at the British Psychological Society Conference, facilitating a discussion about Occupational Psychology’s role in the emerging economy.
