Jess works across our diversity and inclusion solutions. Her delivery work includes implementing inclusive recruitment as well as process audits and adverse impact analysis. Assessing at assessment and development centres and providing 1:1 feedback to managers and individual contributors. Experienced in designing and delivering learning content for HR, Talent professionals, hiring managers, and individuals. Delivering personality and ability courses accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS).
