Justin Dunn

Justin is an experienced global Director of Learning, Executive Coaching, talent and leadership development working across a wide range of industry sectors.

Justin recently left BUPA where he was Group Head of Learning and Talent Development. He has held a number of senior roles focusing on leadership development for RSA Insurance, British Airways and BG Group (now Shell). He has a number of years’ experience designing and facilitating Leadership programmes and won the CIPD award for Leadership Development whilst he was working at RSA Insurance.

Justin’s key areas of focus have been the development of the senior leadership teams, including executive coaching, and over the last ten years he has been using Insights Discovery to help senior leaders operate as high performing teams by understanding themselves and their capabilities as a leadership team. Justin has also built Insights Discovery thinking into other programmes such as a focus on personal impact and the ability to influence. He helps leaders understand how they can use Insights to deliver their business objectives more effectively by understanding the strengths they have as an intact team.
