Silvia Bogan is an Organisational Psychologist at Pearn Kandola. She possesses a Master’s Degree in Organisational/Business Psychology and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. as a dedicated researcher. Her doctoral focus revolves around emotional regulation strategies and their impact on cardiovascular diseases within high-performance work environments.
In addition to her academic achievements, Silvia is a certified coach and holds level A and B certificates in Psychometric Testing from the British Psychological Society. With experience in academia and professional services, Silvia’s diverse background also includes living in multiple countries all over the world. All of these experiences have made her dedicated to unlocking individuals’ potential in the realms of inclusion, diversity, and psychological safety.
Silvia’s fluency in multiple languages further enhances her ability to embody diversity in various forms, allowing her to bring a distinctive and invaluable perspective to all her clients’ projects.
