Tracey’s expertise is on using Mindfulness and compassion interventions for stress reduction and chronic health conditions. Tracey delivers mindfulness interventions to clients in the form of 8-week programmes – on an individual basis or in a group setting. She also works as a Mindfulness coach offering 1:1 coaching on mindfulness, confidence, and resilience building.
In addition to teaching, Tracey has spent the past year researching the benefits of mindfulness and meditation for reducing bias, particularly around racism. This work will contribute to a book looking at the impact of bias and racism on the wellbeing of marginalised groups at work.
Tracey is an accredited Mindfulness Teacher, having completed her training with Breathworks – a founding member of the UK Network of Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Organisations, dedicated to maintaining high standards of training for mindfulness teachers.
