The recently published “Religion at Work (2023)” by Pearn Kandola LLP, business and DEI consultants, reveals widespread discrimination against religious employees in British workplaces. The report, based on a survey of 6,315 employees split between the UK and the United States, encompassing various religious backgrounds such as Buddhists, Christians, Hindus, Jews, Muslims, and Sikhs, highlights that nearly half (47%) of the respondents felt uneasy discussing the religious festivals they observed in the workplace.
