As we wrap up the year and look ahead, Nancy Doyle is dedicating their December and January articles to practical solutions and actions we can take to make a positive impact. In a year filled with crises that have disproportionately affected Black, Indigenous, and Asian communities, and increased attention on systemic injustices in various areas, Doyle is starting the series by introducing Dianne Greyson, founder of #EthnicityPayGap. Greyson, an entrepreneur and HR consultant, is gearing up for an awareness-raising campaign on January 8, 2021, which we can start planning for now.
