While Sunak’s appointment signifies the broadening of opportunities for minorities, our recent study on ‘Racism at Work’ demonstrates that people of colour still encounter significant barriers to realizing their full potential.

Despite several pivotal events in recent years, such as the global pandemic, the tragic killing of George Floyd in America 2020 which lead to the subsequent global Black Lives Matter protests, the discourse and advancement of racial equality in workplaces have seen limited progress.
