We are delighted to share the core live event agenda for Psychological Safety Week, a new international initiative created and presented by Pearn Kandola and supported by media sponsor The Financial Times.

This year’s theme is education and awareness, so we’ve designed a week of expert-led online sessions to help you better understand psychological safety and how it operates at every level of your organisation.

Live Session Agenda

Keynote: An Introduction to Psychological Safety Week
Speaker: Professor Binna Kandola OBE, Co-Founder and Senior Partner
Kick off the week with a powerful keynote revealing why psychological safety is no longer optional – it’s a strategic imperative.

Please Note

All live sessions will be hosted on Zoom and as such spaces are limited. Where sessions are oversubscribed, Pearn Kandola will seek to live-stream to an additional platform, where possible, to ensure wider accessibility, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Morning sessions will begin at 9.15am and afternoon sessions will begin at 2.15pm. All timings are in British Summer Time (BST/UTC+1)

Timings and schedule may be subject to change, however any such changes will be communicated as early as possible to registered attendees.
