Following the overwhelming success of our inaugural Psychological Safety Week, we’re delighted to announce its return this September.
Presented by Pearn Kandola, Psychological Safety Week 2026 will take place from Monday 21st to Friday 25th September. This international initiative brings together organisations, leaders, and employees to explore how psychological safety can transform workplace culture and performance.
Last year’s event reached thousands of individuals from more than 600 organisations across almost 40 countries, highlighting the growing global commitment to creating workplaces where people feel safe to speak up, share ideas, and take positive risks without fear of negative consequences.
This year, Psychological Safety Week will once again offer a range of free online events, downloadable resources, and daily workplace challenges, all designed to help organisations better understand and embed psychological safety in practice.
Our 2026 theme is Talent Hushing — the hidden and costly consequence of low psychological safety at work. When people don’t feel safe to contribute fully, organisations lose out on ideas, innovation, and potential. Throughout the week, we’ll be exploring what Talent Hushing looks like, why it matters, and what organisations can do to address it.
