Over 60% of Black Workers Faced Workplace Racism in 2021

New findings from Pearn Kandola, a business psychology consultancy, indicate that nearly two-thirds (61%) of Black employees encountered racism in the workplace in 2021.

This study aims to investigate evolving perceptions of racism in modern UK workplaces. Despite significant global events in recent years, including the 2020 racial equity movement ignited by George Floyd’s tragic death, the study suggests that the discourse and promotion of racial equality in work environments remain largely unaltered
