Significant findings from a recent extensive study reveal that Christian employees in the UK and US have encountered experiences described as “hostility” and “ridicule.”

The research conducted by Pearn Kandola, a leading business psychology firm, also shed light on employees feeling “muted” in professional settings, with a hesitancy to openly discuss their faith due to concerns about causing discomfort or offense among colleagues.

This comprehensive study involved surveying more than 1,100 Christian employees in both the UK and the US between 2021 and 2022.
