While Covid-19 restrictions are nearing their end, remote and hybrid work is becoming a permanent fixture. Employees will use offices as part-time workspaces, enhancing their flexibility and work-life balance.

However, implementing hybrid work is more than a split between office and remote locations; inclusivity is crucial. “Inclusivity is an essential component in any workplace. It allows employees to experience a shared sense of belonging, which, in turn, enables them to feel comfortable, confident and inspired,” notes Binna Kandola, senior partner and co-founder at the business psychology firm Pearn Kandola.
