Pearn Kandola, a globally recognized diversity and inclusion consultancy, has entered into an exclusive collaboration with GoodCourse, a London-based training start-up, to provide diversity and inclusion training to frontline workers.

GoodCourse offers concise learning and development content, complemented by informative explainer videos in a ‘Tik Tok’ style format. The courses include references to additional resources and incorporate multiple-choice and short-answer questions to ensure that learners grasp the material.

Approximately 80% of the workforce comprises remote and field-based employees who have traditionally been challenging to reach with digital training solutions. GoodCourse simplifies the process for employers to engage and educate team members who may not have access to laptops or Learning Management Systems (LMS) by utilizing a text-message-based learning platform.

Through this partnership, text-based diversity and inclusion courses will include topics such as Allyship, Inclusion, and Unconscious Bias training, among others.
