A new report sheds light on the unequal terrain of religious expression in the workplace, focusing on the experiences of Hindu employees in British organisations.

The ‘Religion at Work: Experiences of Hindu Employees’ report, released by the prominent business-psychology consultancy Pearn Kandola, reveals that nearly 40% of Hindu employees in the UK have faced unwarranted rejections of their annual leave requests for religious holidays and festivals.

Whilst the first Hindu Prime Minister in the UK is a landmark moment in British history, it should not divert attention from the pressing issues of inclusivity and representation across all levels of businesses
