Bawa, who serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the prominent U.S. video conferencing company, revealed, “Our CMO [chief marketing officer] and I… I remember back in April we would take shifts to sleep, it was crazy.” The sudden surge in demand for Zoom’s services was a stark contrast to the beginning of the year when most people were unfamiliar with the company.
