Nearly 7,000 people took part in our Religion At Work (2023) research, the largest of its kind looking at the experiences of people of faith in the workplace.

In this special episode, our podcast host, and author of the report, Professor Binna Kandola OBE explores the research, looking at:

  • The progress made towards a fairer workplace
  • The key issues experienced by employees of faith
  • Recommendations for organisations looking to improve the workplace for employees with any faith in the workplace.

To find out more about religious experiences in the workplace, you can download our groundbreaking Religion At Work (2023) report or contact us for advice on how to ensure your policies and procedures are fair to all employees.

We hope you enjoy listening!

Episodes 1 & 2 looked at the legal obligations of employers and rise of cases coming through the courts relating to religious and non-religious belief. Episode 4 will look at the experiences of LGBTQ+ employees in the workplace.

Stay ahead of the game.
