About Jess Arasilango

Jess Arasilango is a Principal Psychologist with Pearn Kandola. Jess has a broad range of experience within the private sector in selection, development, and diversity work. Jess works across our diversity and inclusion solutions. Her delivery work includes implementing inclusive recruitment as well as process audits and adverse impact analysis. Assessing at assessment and development centres and providing 1:1 feedback to managers and individual contributors. Experienced in designing and delivering learning content for HR, Talent professionals, hiring managers, and individuals. Delivering personality and ability courses accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS).

Some example projects include:

  • Inclusive culture audits
  • Delivery of workshops including equality awareness, active bystander training and inclusive interviewing.
  • Development of employee privilege awareness training
  • Design and delivery of best practice inclusive selection workshops
  • Beyond this, Jess has also worked with key clients including Morgan Stanley, Barclays, UBS, HSBC, Vodafone, Millicom, Tesco and the NHS.
