About Angela

Angela is an experienced and versatile learning and development professional, and a specialist in diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Her main areas of focus are inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, managing and promoting respectful cultures, dignity at work, reverse mentoring, and diversity-confident recruitment. She has a multi-sector portfolio that includes professional and financial services; local and central government; the arts; higher education; charities and not-for-profit; television, the national press and publishing. She has worked both nationally and internationally, working with multiple stakeholders and across professional boundaries. She is also an accredited coach and a qualified user of psychometric assessments. She brings a deep understanding of how bias and inequality are woven into organisational life and, importantly, how they play-out in decision-making and other everyday behaviours.

Recent clients include: Amnesty International UK, the BBC, Brown Bag Films, Cameron Mackintosh, Comic Relief, Caruso St John Architects, Donmar Warehouse, English National Opera, Guardian Media Group, Hartpury University, Houses of Parliament, Imperial College London, Kings College London, Ladbrokes Coral, Old Vic Theatre, Peridot Partners Executive Search, Royal Shakespeare Company, Sage Publishing, the Trussell Trust, University College London, University of Sussex, Warner Music.
