She relishes the tough assignments and working collaboratively to create positive and enduring outcomes. She is committed to developing, inspiring and nurturing emerging talent within organisations.

She works at all levels of an organisation offering a select range of high-quality organisational consultancy. Lennie brings a wealth and wide ranging stimulating knowledge; she has worked with several Local Authorities, Central Government Departments and the NHS. Her public and third / voluntary sector work experience, includes working with politicians, executive boards, graduates to first-line supervisors. She has over 20 years experience of designing, delivering, commissioning and leading bespoke teams who provide innovative groundbreaking training, development programmes and project management which most effectively meet with the client’s needs.
