Marianna is a Research Psychologist at Pearn Kandola. She has a degree in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Liverpool, where she researched the relationship between employee’s HR perceptions, employee engagement and employee wellbeing.
Prior to joining Pearn Kandola, Marianna had experience working in areas of behavioural assessments, organisational culture, and research.
Marianna holds both Occupational ability and Personality (Level A & B) test user accreditation from the BPS.
