Co-founder and Senior Partner, Professor Binna Kandola OBE and Marianna Zajac, Research Psychologist, were both invited to join The Guilty Feminist podcast to discuss Pearn Kandola’s latest research, Refugees’ Experiences At Work and Refugees At Work: Employers’ Experiences.

They were delighted to be able to share the research in discussion with host Deborah Frances-White and guest host Alison Spittle during an episode recorded live in April 2024, where they were also joined by Dr Niloha Rangel, who detailed her personal experiences trying to find work in the UK after being granted refugee status.
