We are proud to share our latest research, Pearn Kandola’s Neurodiversity At Work (2024) report, which explores the experiences of neurodivergent employees in the UK, encompassing the recruitment process, masking, sharing with employers and reasonable adjustments.
The research, co-authored by Senior Research Psychologist, Marianna Zajac, and Senior Partner and Co-Founder, Professor Binna Kandola OBE, surveyed over 600 neurodivergent individuals currently employed in the UK and considers what organisations are currently doing well, and where they may be failing to support neurodivergent talent in the workplace.

This comprehensive study delves into experiences of neurodivergent employees in the UK, highlighting barriers that exist, day-to-day experiences, and where organisations need to do more to support neurodivergent employees as part of an inclusive workplace.
