Naheed Majid

About Naheed

Naheed is the HR Manager at Pearn Kandola. She is responsible for all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to supporting employees throughout their lifecycle. This includes our performance development processes and employee training, ensuring everyone is equipped to work at their best.

Naheed joined Pearn Kandola in 2021, bringing over 20 years of experience as an HR professional across organisations such as Reed Elsevier and The Guardian. In addition to her HR CIPD qualifications, Naheed has a Master’s in Occupational Psychology, a certificate in Coaching, and a keen interest in diversity and inclusion. She has said it was this interest that drew her to Pearn Kandola, and she has found it to be a place where she can utilise both her HR experience and psychological knowledge to support the team.

Since joining, Naheed has been instrumental in developing and implementing new HR initiatives, such as Pearn Kandola’s competency framework, to ensure that development at Pearn Kandola is inclusive, fair, and enables people to thrive.
