About Callum
Callum is a Psychologist at Pearn Kandola. He delivers services across all of our major offerings – Inclusive Cultures, Inclusive Recruitment and Inclusive Development. His work with clients spans several sectors, including higher education, financial services, and legal services.
The majority of Callum’s work sits within our assessment and development offerings, including undertaking individual assessments and planning and delivering development centres. He also played a major role in developing Stuart Duff’s ‘iLead: Tools and Techniques for Aspiring Leaders’ books into a digital programme hosted on Pearn Kandola’s e-learning platform, Kandola+.
Callum joined Pearn Kandola in 2024, bringing extensive experience in undertaking psychological assessments at the Ministry of Justice. He enjoys working with clients to identify areas for improvement and providing one-to-one coaching, ensuring they feel supported and empowered to take action.
