About Janet

Janet is a Managing Psychologist at Pearn Kandola and delivers projects for clients across all three of our major offerings – Inclusive Cultures, Inclusive Development and Inclusive Recruitment. As a Managing Psychologist, Janet is also responsible for ensuring that a high standard of delivery is maintained and for leading other psychologists.

The majority of Janet’s work sits within Inclusive Cultures which involves designing and delivering workshops, training, and coaching for clients across a number of sectors including higher education, legal, tech and insurance. She has a particular interest in helping organisations break through barriers to improve psychological safety and employee voice through integrated diversity and inclusion programmes.

Janet joined Pearn Kandola in 2022, bringing with her 8 years of experience running her own consultancy firm which focussed on improving employee communication through leadership and communications training, inclusion programmes, and individual coaching sessions. She also brings 25 years of experience working in the corporate world in the UK, Australia and in Canada. She now uses her depth of knowledge in this area of occupational psychology to support her current clients at Pearn Kandola.
