About Jess

Jess is a Project Co-Ordinator at Pearn Kandola. She is responsible for supporting our psychologists and clients on projects, including diary management, booking travel, and preparing project documentation.

Previously, Jess worked in the customer service team at Dr. Hauschka Skin Care and during her time there developed strong communication skills and problem-solving capabilities which she now uses at Pearn Kandola to provide excellent pro-active support on projects. Furthermore, Jess has exceptional administrative skills which facilitates the smooth running of projects from beginning to end.

Jess joined Pearn Kandola in 2021 and said it was her alignment with the company’s mission to ‘make the world fairer’ that inspired her to join. Since then, she has been an integral part of many projects, including overseeing a project with Deloitte where she worked directly I worked directly with the client to support the participants through their psychometric assessments.
