Jonathan is a Managing Psychologist and Head of Practice Development at Pearn Kandola. He is a Chartered Psychologist and delivers across all of our major offerings – Inclusive Culture, Inclusive Recruitment and Inclusive Development. Alongside his consultancy work, Jonathan is also responsible for ensuring that our work continues to be underpinned by the latest research.
Jonathan has particular expertise in the intersection of inclusion, well-being and performance. He works with clients to design and implement robust inclusion initiatives that support them to achieve their wider organisational goals. He has worked across a range of sectors, including Government and Public Sector, Higher Education, Professional Services, Legal, Private Equity, Entertainment and Sports.
Jonathan joined Pearn Kandola in 2016, bringing with him 6 years of experience as a Business Psychologist working with clients to deliver a range of organisational design, development and change initiatives. He utilises this experience in the work he does with Pearn Kandola’s clients and brings a holistic approach to promote successful and lasting change.

Jonathan was an author on our edited book ‘Free to Soar: Race and Wellbeing in Organisations’, contributing to chapters on the topic of the social environment at work, how discrimination impacts performance and personal power.
