Whilst working at Pearn Kandola, Polly has led on projects to conduct diversity audits for global organisations, design of assessment and development centre exercises, design and delivery of inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, assessor skills and promotion skills training, and reviews of selection processes to enhance fairness and validity. Polly has substantial experience of working with organisations to conduct live bias reviews and to provide training to HR Professionals to conduct their own live bias reviews.
Prior to joining Pearn Kandola, Polly worked as a consultant specialising in the design, implementation and evaluation of 360° feedback for a range of blue-chip companies. She has managed employee well-being projects, including the design of and follow-up actions for employee engagement surveys. She has also worked as a recruitment consultant specialising in sales roles for FMCG companies.
