About Richard Rogers

Richard is a Principal Psychologist at Pearn Kandola. He is a Chartered Psychologist and delivers services across all three major offerings – Inclusive Cultures, Inclusive Recruitment, and Inclusive Development. His work with clients spans a broad range of sectors, including government agencies and professional services.

Richard has particular expertise in talent management, recruitment, and organisational development. He combines his business psychology background with experience of organisational systems, group dynamics, and high-performing workplaces to help clients create healthy, sustainable, and effective change. He achieves this through projects that involve Development Centres, One-to-One Coaching, and Workshops.

Richard joined Pearn Kandola in 2023, bringing over 30 years of experience as a business psychologist across both consultancy and corporate environments. In addition, Richard is an ICF accredited Coach and has extensive experience as a life, career, and business coach.

Prior to joining Pearn Kandola, Richard worked as a consultant and internal specialist HR roles in a variety of industries including retail, finance and manufacturing. He has consulted to Prudential, BAT, Sears, RAC, United Biscuits, Forensic Science Service, Dstl.
