About Sam
Sam is a Project Manager at Pearn Kandola. She is responsible for managing both long-term and short-term projects with our UK-based and international clients. These projects include Inclusive Leadership training, Active Bystander training, D&I audits, Individual assessments, and Development Centres.
Prior to joining Pearn Kandola, Sam spent over 7 years as a Legal Secretary and a further 8+ years in other secretarial roles. As a result, she has exceptional administrative and project co-ordination skills, which she utilises in her current role to provide fantastic support to both our team of psychologists and our clients.
Sam joined the team in 2005 as a Project Coordinator and in 2022, moved into her current role as Project Manager. She particularly enjoys managing Development Centre projects with the Cabinet Office and Gowling WLG, and building strong relationships with clients.
