The Scenario
<p>During a work meeting, one of your team mentions they will need to leave early on Friday to observe Shabbat. <br><br>In response, another colleague says, "Oh, you're lucky you get to skip out early every week. Must be nice having that excuse." </p><p>Note: Shabbat (the Sabbath) is a day of rest in the Jewish religion.</p><p><strong>As a leader, how would you approach this situation?</strong></p>
